There’s a Head of Remote course that I would love to enroll in. It's a live, online course with peers who are in similar roles as me, and it's run by Darcy Marie Boles, Chase Warringtone, Arthur von Kriegenbergh, and Iwo Szapar. It’s 947 EUR (excl. VAT) and the reviews are excellent. There are recommendations from Miro, ING, E.ON, and Lalaland.ai.

The course is focused on learning-by-doing, so I'll be able to apply the principles and templates for our remote/hybrid employees. It’ll take me about a week to complete (6-10 hrs). In short, it’ll help us increase our employee engagement and be a more attractive employer.

The instructors are well-known in the industry. Their events, podcasts, and videos highlight benefits and principles used by successful remote companies (Doist, Stripe, Gitlab, Basecamp).
