How to expense the Retrospectives course.
Plenty of participants get their company to pay. Even without a formal training budget, you can usually get a €79 course reimbursed in three short steps. Copy, paste, send.

The full justification — covers price, time, and the team payoff.
Hey boss, There's a Retrospectives course I'd love to enroll in. It's an on-demand, practical course from Workshop Wednesday, made for people in roles like mine. It's €79 per person and the reviews are excellent — teams at Miro, ING, E.ON, and Lalaland.ai have used it. It's built around learning-by-doing, so I'll be able to apply the Miro templates and frameworks with our team straight away. It only takes about a day to get through (2–4 hours of video). In short: better-run retrospectives, higher engagement, and a more productive team. Here's the link: https://www.workshopwednesday.co/courses/retrospective-course Is it OK to expense this? (There's also a team package with live coaching if we'd like to roll it out more widely.) Thanks!
