hi everybody this is a workshop exercise you can do with any group in any setting to get the group engaged and to collect the best possible ideas all within 15 minutes and this is great if you want to get a group engaged about a specific topic or question that you had to get rich feedback or maybe you need to make a tough decision and you want to get everyone's opinion so it all starts with a challenge and i do one two for all so one minute by yourself you have some time in self-reflection to think about the challenge and to brainstorm ideas and then two minutes in pairs where you're gonna share and build on each other's ideas the next step is the foursomes where you're gonna develop the ideas even more look for similarities and differences and the last five minutes are with the whole group where you're gonna talk about the ideas that stood out in the previous conversations so that's only 15 minutes to get everyone thinking and sharing and engaging about a specific goal and it only takes one second to subscribe and to receive workshop videos like this every week if you are working online then make sure that everyone can capture ideas in the same place because then it's easier to move forward to the next round and to end up with the best possible ideas thanks for watching
