hi everybody this is an energizing way to make decisions fast with your team it's almost always that you have more ideas than you can execute on with your team and with this impact effort metrics you can prioritize those ideas within 10 minutes and you can do it in 10 minutes because you will do this exercise in silence so let's say we have three ideas we want to prioritize with your team what you can do is to invite one person to place the first idea on the map and it's in silence what they can do you start in the middle if it's really impactful you move to the right if it's a time waster you move to the left if it's easy you go up and if it's hard you go down in this case it's quite easy to do and it makes a lot of impact and then the next person goes and i can put either the second idea on the board or move an idea that's already on the board in this case let's say i agree with the first idea then i'm gonna pick the second idea and put it on the board now let's say the next person goes and they don't agree with this post-it then they can move it to the left and if a post-it has been moved then make sure to give it a different color because then it's easier to recognize and keep going in silence until all the ideas are on the board or the time is up thanks for watching
