Facilitating your first sprint feels daunting.
“Am I forgetting a step? Are we still on schedule?” Leading a room through a high-stakes week is intimidating — keeping the group focused, getting them to actually decide, and handling the moments when it goes sideways.
Learn by doing — every exercise on video.
You'll learn the foundations of facilitation and watch every Design Sprint exercise explained step by step, with ready-to-use Miro templates and scripts. Walk in prepared, practice in a safe environment, and build the confidence to lead sprints online or in person.

Taught by a facilitator with 100+ Sprints behind him.
I've facilitated 100+ Design Sprints for teams at companies like Tony Chocolonely, BMW, and Essent — on digital products, strategy, and even physical and circular products. Helping teams work better together is my superpower, and the Design Sprint is my favourite way to do it fast. I'm also a Miro Hero, so I'll show you how to facilitate sprints both online and in person.

Do I need facilitation experience?
No. You'll learn the basics and practice in a safe environment. More experienced? The scenarios challenge you with tricky situations like a group that won't decide or a boss who blocks the process.
What tools do I need?
