Until a couple of years ago, I have always seen myself as a goal-oriented person.

This was both great and hard at the same time. Great, because it helped me achieve more than I thought I was capable of. Hard, because I couldn't enjoy the process until I achieved the goal.

And then I learned about the OKR goal-setting tool (Objectives and Key Results). This way of setting goals for teams helps you to:

  • Be creative and focussed
  • Work together on your personal and company goals
  • Enjoy the process of achieving your goals
